 I've snagged some amazing art from IMAA Season 2. Unfortunately, I'm not able to post the character concepts from the Marvel Animation Panel at San Diego Comic Con 2010, but I do have some other art. First, we've got a new header/banner image to celebrate IMAA Season 2 - it features some concept art from Season 2, as well as Stark International's lobby (which is OLD concept art - sorry!) In an earlier post, I showed you a glimpse of some new WEAPON SYSTEMS for the Silver Centurion Armor. Below, I've got a new pose of the Stealth Armor, which might just be playing a large part in IMAA Season 2... ;)
And, below is a little glimpse into Rhodey's front room; it features Roberta standing by some picture frames...
Is that Rhodey's dad in one of those frames? Why does Roberta have a picture frame with PEPPER POTTS in her family room? Hmm...

-GGX San Diego Comic Con News - 7/24/10  Hey guys, GGX here! It's been a LONG TIME since I've posted, but we're FINALLY getting new information about Iron Man: Armored Adventures Season 2! As I'm sure you may know, the San Diego Comic Con has been going on this weekend in San Diego, California! Yesterday, Marvel Animation had their very own Panel with information about ALL of their latest Animated Series. Iron Man: Armored Adventures Season 2 was one of the main shows discussed during the Panel. I have some AMAZING news to share with you. Here is MY RECAP of the IMAA Information that was revealed at yesterday's panel!
- IMAA Season 2 is APPROACHING! Even though a recent Press Release stated that Season 2 would premiere in 2011, we have been given word that it MAY start popping up AS EARLY AS SEPTEMBER, which qualifies for the ORIGINAL deadline of Fall, 2010.
- Character concept art was premiered for the following characters, set to appear in Season 2: Titanium Man, Iron Monger, Black Widow, and Dr. Doom. We will post the concept art as soon as we get the "OK" to post publicly.
- Tom Kenny was one of the panel hosts of the panel. He held a little trivia game for contestants to answer questions about some ARMOR DESIGNS that were presented earlier during the panel. Here are the Q&A's for you to read.
Q - Name the main colors in both Iron Man suits that were shown
A - Red + Gold, Blue + Silver
Q - What shape is the arc light on IM's armor?
A - Circle
Q - What is the name of Tony's company?
A - Stark Industries/International
That's about everything IMAA related that was promoted or announced at yesterday's Marvel Animation Panel. Even though there are no other IMAA-related event planned for the weekend, we'll bring you coverage if anything should pop up.

2011 Is The Year - 5/30/10 Yep. It's official, Season 2 is in full swing in the production department at Nicktoons & Marvel Animation. We have received word from the Marvel Animation department about the official Nicktoons Press Release. This press release states none other than that Season 2 is indeed in production and will "bow in 2011". You can READ MORE of this post (click below) to read the full press release.
I have also purchased the Iron Man: Armored Adventures Complete Season 1 DVD Box Set and I would like to provide you all with some extended information about it. While Volume 1 & 2 are available separately, each containing 6 episodes, it would appear that Volumes 3 & 4 will not be produced (although this is not official). However, the Volume 3 & 4 DVDs are included in the complete season 1 box set. The box set is a much better deal, though, in my opinion. Volume 1 & 2 are just over $15 each, but the Box Set is only about $30. Plus, the Box Set includes Volumes 3 & 4 DVDs. To make it even better, most stores are offering the box set at only $19.95, which is ten dollars cheaper than retail value. The box set makes a great collectors' item. But if DVDs aren't your thing, you can always buy the digital versions of the episodes through iTunes.

-GGX With the recent release of Iron Man 2, I've been incredibly busy and haven't had time to post the news, or lack of news, thereof, for IMAA. Before I get any further, let me announce that Iron Man 2 opened in theaters in the USA yesterday, and it has been available internationally for about a week. I highly encourage you to go see it, because it really is uncanny how similar some of its events are to IMAA. Plus, we get to see Nick Fury, Whiplash, and other favorites from the animated series. If you're a hardcore Iron Man fan, Iron Man 2 will quench your thirst for awhile. Visit the movie site, here: www.ironmanmovie.com. We'll let you know as soon as Iron Man 2 becomes available for purchase on iTunes.
The Iron Man: Armored Adventures Complete Season 1 DVD went on sale earlier this month, and if you didn't purchase the episodes through iTunes, you can get the same episodes on a collectible DVD WITH extra features for just a few dollars more. Unfortunately, it seems that a Volume 3 DVD was never released, but it has been made up for with the Complete Season 1 DVD. Learn more about the IMAA DVD's through our DVD Page.
Now, the only 'real' IMAA news: Iron Man Extras! Some of you may remember when Nicktoons Network did their Avatar Extras promotion last year. Every friday note, two episodes would air, starting with the beginning of the season. These episodes are rare editors' cuts which contained pop-up behind-the-scenes facts and news about the show and series. Well, starting tonight, the same will happen with IMAA! Tonight at 9 PM ET on Nicktoons, watch Iron, Forged in Fire (Pt 1 & 2) with Iron Man Extras! Little yellow pop-ups will reveal information about the show, comics, and the suit. They may even include spoilers for Season 2. Then, on Sunday night, we'll get the next two episodes: Secrets & Lies, and... Field Trip? Yea, they're showing them out of order. Great.... Then, NEXT weekend, on Saturday & Sunday, there will be Massive Episodes of another show, Wolverine & The X-Men. It has been rumored that IMAA & Wolverine will alternate weekends throughout May, which might mean only SELECTED episodes get the extras... Sigh, Nicktoons.
If they continue like they did with the Avatar Extras, the special cuts of the episodes will not be made available on DVD, Download, Nicktoons website, nor iTunes, so these very well may be one-time things. We will let you know if they do become purchaseable, though. Maybe this is their way of building up to Season 2? We'll keep you informed. Unlock the Iron Man within yourself...

You may notice that some of our staff members have been inactive lately. Yes, there is a reason for this. Both Naughts and Monkeyboy have retired from their staff member positions here at the IMAA Fan Zone. These two staff members have gone through a lot of changes recently and are moving on in a different direction. Thanks, guys, for your service to our website. While Naughts & Monkeyboy will not be staff members here on the site anymore, they will still drop in from time to time. They will also continue to contribute to the site, but much less than before.
Unfortunately, that only leaves me (GGX) and Barbere as site staff members. There is a solution, though. We have decided to name Earthbunny77 as our website's newest staff member! Please welcome her openly into the community as she will be much more active. She will be Moderating the chat, forums, and the mainsite, as well as updating us on IMAA News! If you are not familiar with Earthbunny77, who has been active on our site since the beginning, feel free to check out her newly updated 'Meet The Team' profile. And of course, for those newer users, you can identify IMAA Fan Zone staff members by their Red "I" Award/Badge/Icon under the 'Awards' category in their profile.

-GGX Season 2 Is OFFICIAL - 3/6/10  Hey guys,
I know we've all known this for awhile now, but Iron Man: Armored Adventures Season 2 has been made official by a press release from the creators and producers of the show! While no premiere date has been announced, we know that the premiere will be following "Iron Man 2" this Summer. Very few plot details are announced, but the CGI is supposed to feature more visual effects and better animation than ever before! Click "READ MORE" to read the entire press release!
Next up, we have news about the Iron Man: Armored Adventures DVDs. While we do not have information about IMAA Volume 3, we do have details and box art about the Season 1 Box Set, set to launch on May 4, 2010. Visit our DVD's page to read all about it.
